How do you handle quality control?
Every order goes through inline inspection and a final AQL 2.5 check before packing. Third-party inspection is always welcome. We would rather catch a problem in our factory than have you find it in your warehouse.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ depends on the style, fabric, and construction. Please send us your design and estimated quantity, and we will confirm the best possible MOQ for your project.
Do you offer sustainable manufacturing?
Yes. We focus on waste reduction, eco-friendly materials, and efficient production. We can source certified sustainable fabrics and follow responsible manufacturing practices throughout the process.
Can you follow our tech pack and brand specifications?
Yes. We work from your tech pack, size charts, and brand requirements. If you do not have a full tech pack, we can help you build one during sampling.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sampling usually takes 7–10 days, depending on complexity. We typically need 2–3 rounds to finalize a sample. The sampling fee is charged in advance and refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
What is your lead time for bulk production?
Standard bulk production takes 30–45 days after all fabrics and trims arrive. For urgent orders, we can discuss a faster timeline based on your delivery date.
How do you communicate during production?
You get a dedicated contact from first inquiry to final shipment. We send proactive updates at key milestones — fabric arrival, sample approval, production start, and shipping — so you always know where your order stands.
What trade terms do you offer?
We offer FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, FCA, DDP, and DAP — depending on your preference and destination. You can use your forwarder or ours, whichever gets your order to market faster. Other terms can also be discussed.
What customization services do you offer?
We offer full customization, including fabric and accessory sourcing, screen and digital printing, embroidery, hangtags, hang loops, wash labels, composition labels, barcode stickers, price tags, poly bags, eco bags, gift boxes, display boxes, and custom buttons or zipper pulls with your brand logo.
What if something goes wrong with my order?
We fix it. If a quality issue is found before shipping, we rework or replace it at our cost. If a problem appears after delivery, we work with you to find a fair solution — because we want your next order, not just this one.
